Resilience, Rights & Respectful Relationships
Little River Primary School is dedicated to the teaching of Resilience, Rights and Respectful Relationships through the curriculum materials provided by the Department of Education. The RRRR curriculum complements LRPS’s School Wide Positive Behaviour Support approach.
Dedicated teaching of the RRRR curriculum promotes respect, positive attitudes and behaviours and provides regular practise for the development of students’ social, emotional and positive relationship skills. Areas that are included in the curriculum are: Emotional Literacy, Personal Strengths, Positive Coping, Problem Solving and Stress Management. The curriculum is tailored across all year levels and extends into secondary school.
RRRR teaches our children how to build healthy relationships, resilience and confidence and contributes to the calm, positive environment that students thrive in at LRPS.
